Important Contacts to Battle Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Abuse

The community MUST make as many calls, send as many emails as you can, to as many recipients as possible to demand closure of the State of Michigan Owned Hobby, Sport, Recreational Canton Plymouth Mettetal 1d2 airstrip.

The only way to protect the Health, Safety, and Welfare of babies, young children, students, families, nursing and pregnant mothers, retired and elderly at the many local assisted care living and rehabilitation facilities, our most vulnerable populations, from toxic effects of lead pollution from 100LL aviation fuel used by aircraft, and helicopters at Plymouth-Canton Mettetal 1d2 airstrip is to contact our public officials and demand action!

Plymouth-Canton Mettetal 1d2 airstrip MUST be closed to protect the long term health and viability of our schools, community, and neighborhoods! Our children are depending on us!

While financial considerations are secondary to protecting Health, Safety, & Welfare of vulnerable populations, there is a also mandatory requirement to reorganize MDOT to remove the stranglehold of the MDOT bureaucracy on infrastructure essential to the Future of Michigan and place control back in the hands of Taxpayers and their elected officials!

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOTBureaucracy, as with all public servants, must abide by the highest standards of the State of Michigan (SoM) set forth by Governor Whitmer [PressRelease] [html] [pdf] [Ethics] and be held accountable for knowingly remaining silent (acquiesce) while contributing to the sum of Community Health, Safety, & Welfare negligence & malpractice, financial waste, misuse of taxpayer funds and the consequences of public funding abuse (html)!

Tell MDOT to STOP poisoning our children with 100LL leaded aviation fuel NOW!
Tell Governor Whitmer to STOP MDOT from lead poisoning our children NOW!

2018 Election Contact Updates Coming in 2019 ‘in progress’

The Taxpayers have spoken with their votes. Updated State of Michigan contacts will be published when available. However, provide the newly elected Class of 2019 a heads up to give them a running start to protect our children from lead poisoning by contacting them NOW!

Canton Township, MI – Official Website | Official Website
https://www.canton-mi.org/

The medical, scientific, and technological problems of lead poisoning are clear and yet it appears that the Canton Township Supervisor continues to knowingly remain silent (acquiesce).

The Canton Township Board of Trustees even went out of their way to suppress any mention of lead poisoning to township residents April 10, 2017, further contributing to the sum of “Community Health Malpractice & Negligence.”

It’s time to ask Canton Township Supervisor and the Canton Township Board of Trustees, if being Canton ’tree police’ chasing Christmas trees on a single property, while important, IS a higher priority than protecting the Health, Safety, and Welfare of our children, schools, and community from lead poisoning or if this is a Christmas Tree Debacle [regulation][preservation] in the making! Sadly, as they always say, follow the ($550,000) money for the real answer!

So, who owns that tree in your yard? (html). Canton Township, Michigan has also come after the neighbor, who cleared trees and scrub-brush from a drainage ditch on his property that had become obstructed by vegetation. The obstructions were causing flooding in the neighborhood that was spawning mosquitos, killing trees and making the property difficult to use for the owner and the neighborhood!

With the aid of the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) [Wikipedia] [Facebook] [Twitter] [Youtube] a lawsuit was filed in Federal Court alleging that Canton Township’s so called “Tree Ordinance” violates the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment [define] and the Excessive Fines Clause of the Eighth Amendment [define] to the United States Constitution [define]. The TPFF has also stepped in to defend the tree owner in Michigan court against Canton Township. Good luck with that one! And guess what, it’s going to cost Canton Township residents a fortune in hard earned taxpayer dollars, go figure!

Update June 12, 2019: Tree-clearing brothers sue Canton in federal court on harassment claims (html). Canton Township residents will be paying for this for the next 20 years! Thanks again, hats off to the Canton Township Supervisor!

Ann Arbor Airport (ARB) & Community Collateral Damage from Lead Poisoning

People do NOT realize just how close families, schools, and children are to lead poisoning. MDOT has failed to warn anyone about lead poisoning at Ann Arbor (ARB) Airport [Wikipedia].

Once informed with the true medical, scientific, and technological facts regarding lead poisoning at Ann Arbor Airport are exposed, NOBODY, including those in the technical community, such as librarians, teachers, engineers, police, firefighters, doctors, nurses, technicians, software developers, professors, and scientists, want to live, raise a family, work, or shop near any lead and chemical contamination and poisoning.

There is absolutely NO protection of the Health, Safety, and Welfare of Ann Arbor Schools, Pittsfield Township, Lodi Township, and surrounding neighborhoods, and the community at large, including babies, young children, students, families, nursing & pregnant mothers, retired & elderly throughout the community from Lead Poisoning by aircraft & helicopters using 100LL Leaded Aviation Fuel at Ann Arbor (ARB) Airport, including:
